Tejas Rao is a PhD Candidate of International Law at the University of Cambridge, under the supervision of Dr. Marcus Gehring and Prof. Harro van Asselt. His thesis title is "The Interaction of International Lawyers with the Rio Conventions' Implementation and Compliance". He holds an LL.B. by Guyarat National Law University, India, and an LL.M. by the University of Cambrdige. He has held various research positions, while currently he is an Adam Smith Fellow at The Mercatus Center, George Mason University, USA and a Visiting Research Fellow at the School of Law and Politics, Middlesex University Dubai, UAE. He is a (Visiting Research) Collaborator of the UNESCO Chair on Climate Diplomacy during 2025.

Anya Howko-Johnson was a Fulbright Scholar from Georgetown University (Washington, DC), during the academic year 2023-2024, at the UNESCO Chair on Climate Diplomacy of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. During her stay in Athens, she studies the development of climate migration and security policies in Greece, focusing on the role of climate change as a threat multiplier and driver of migration.
Professor Emmanuella Doussis, from September to December 2022, was a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the Department of Ethnic Studies at Berkeley (University of California). During her stay at Berkeley, she studied issues related to climate migration.
